About the Author

Growing up I loved to create in the kitchen.  I have memories of my best friend and I making cakes and brownies not only from scratch, but by trial and error.  By the time I hit my teenage years I had lost interest, and became someone who cooked only when needed.  Now as an adult with a gluten intolerance, and lactose sensitivity I am rediscovering the joys of creating recipes.  This blog is my journey through food and life as I once again learn to cook and love food.
